What areas do you serve in Tampa Bay?
We’re based in the Westchase area, but that doesn’t mean we won’t go far. Our service area includes but is not limited Sarasota, Brandon, Wesley Chapel, Clearwater, St. Pete, Oldsmar, Dunedin, Downtown Tampa, North Tampa, Lutz, Land o’ Lakes. Don’t be afraid to ask if you’re further than any of these areas!
Will you go anywhere else?
For sure! We love serving events in Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville and pretty much anywhere else within Florida.
What types of events do you cater to?
Christmas parties, fundraisers, concerts, military promotions, church services, brunches, office parties, beach cleanups, school events, weddings, pet events, golf tournaments, trade shows.

Can you customize your coffee menu for my event?
Absolutely! With your knowledge of your guests and our expertise, we can craft a menu together that will delight everyone.
Do you offer any non-coffee drinks?
Yes! We always have chai and when requested serve other teas, hot chocolate, or other non-alcoholic beverages alongside our coffee.

How far in advance should I book your services?
If it’s a weekday event, our calendar starts to fill up 5-7 weeks prior. For weekend events or popular wedding dates, those dates get filled 4-6 months in advance.
Do you have any food options?
Not currently, but we are happy to connect you with our catering friends.
How long are your service times?
Typically 2-3 hours, but we can accommodate unique requests including full-day services for conferences.
What is your setup time?
Typically 45 minutes, but we prefer to arrive 60-70 minutes before service.
Do you provide your own cups and supplies?
Yes, and custom branding on cups is available!
Do your require access to electricity?
Yes, we only require a dedicated standard outlet. If a generator is required please let us know.
